52nd Annual Parade of Homes Winners Announced

Winners of the 52nd Annual Parade of Homes, presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh–Wake County (HBA), were announced during the Awards Gala Tuesday evening, October 9, at the Reynolds Coliseum.

Over 800 builders and guests attended the gala as awards were presented across 22 categories. The 2017 Parade of Homes will run for one final weekend on Oct. 13-15, from 12 p.m. -5 p.m. This annual tour is the best way to view the latest homes and the newest communities throughout the Triangle.

More than 275 homes welcome visitors. Many homes are decorated and showcase great ideas and the hottest design trends. The tour is free, self-guided and open to the public.

Parade homes were judged prior to the first open house weekend and winners were presented for 1st, 2nd & 3rd places, gold, silver and bronze awards respectively. The best special features were also recognized.

Homes featured in the 2017 Triangle Parade ranged in price from $200,000-$3 million.
